Job Description – Functional BA (Finance – ERA)
Role: Functional Business Analyst – Finance
Skill: SAP FICO
Focus Area: Finance / ERA
Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience in SAP FICO with good understanding of core Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
Experience in analyzing and documenting finance business requirements and translating them into SAP FICO functional solutions.
Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) processes.
Ability to understand existing finance processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements and SAP-based solutions.
Experience in working with business stakeholders to conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, solution validation, and functional discussions.
Good experience in functional testing, UAT coordination, defect analysis, and resolution across SAP Finance processes.
Ability to prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and other project documentation.
Strong collaboration skills to work with Finance business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
