Eligibility Criteria

Coding experience with relevant certification

Expert-level knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Demonstrated sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills

Ability to think creatively

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Familiarity with CMS and payer-specific guidelines

Proven ability to interpret complex clinical documentation

People management skills and client engagement experience

Experience managing a market/portfolio and supervising 2-3 coders

Presentation skills (creating and presenting)

Strong DRG knowledge and experience

Comparison of different DRGs and support in writing assessment reports

Input and output files clinical audit/coding sense checks

Provide clinical support in the analysis of claims data to derive actionable clinical insights

Engagement with internal stakeholders for any clarification, updates, etc.
