Your work profile:
We are looking for a director – SAP Testing to lead enterprise-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.
Define and drive the SAP Testing & Quality Engineering strategy.
Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
Own SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, integration, performance, data migration, and automation testing.
Establish testing governance, standards, frameworks, KPIs, and quality metrics.
Drive test automation and continuous testing using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Solution Manager.
Partner with SAP, business, technology, and SI teams to manage quality, risks, and defects.
Lead and mentor large testing teams and manage external vendors/partners.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and reduction of production defects.
Key skills required:
We are looking for a director – SAP Testing with 15 years of exp to lead enterprise-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
