Senior DevSecOps Engineer, AI-First Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in DevOPS. Drive the evolution of enterprise DevSecOps platforms by building secure, scalable, and AI-powered developer experiences. Develop and enhance CI/CD, Kubernetes, GitHub, Artifactory, and cloud-based platform capabilities. Design and implement AI agents to automate remediation, pipeline upgrades, security fixes, and operational tasks at scale. Build internal developer products, self-service portals, dashboards, MCP servers, and automation tooling. Embed security, observability, testing, and compliance into platforms through DevSecOps best practices. Own platform operations end-to-end, ensuring reliability, zero-downtime delivery, and continuous improvement. Collaborate directly with engineering teams to understand needs, improve developer productivity, and drive adoption. Measure success through DORA metrics, automation outcomes, and data-driven improvements while promoting an AI-first engineering culture.
