Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Sayakha, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch, Gujarat (near Ankleshwar)
CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma / Graduate in IT
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Job Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user technical support.
Troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and peripheral-related issues.
Handle passive networking activities, including cable routing, termination, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Work with fiber-optic cables, including installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Handle network switch and port connectivity checks and troubleshooting.
Support LAN connectivity, patch panels, and structured cabling activities.
Identify and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
Coordinate with the IT and network teams to resolve technical problems.
Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, and service reports.
Follow site safety procedures and IT support standards.
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in passive networking and structured cabling.
Knowledge of fiber-optic cables and related troubleshooting.
Understanding of switches, ports, LAN connectivity, and patch panels.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, Hardware Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
BE / Diploma / Graduate in IT or a relevant technical field.
Practical hands-on knowledge of hardware and passive networking.
Male candidates only.
Willingness to work at the Sayakha location near Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
