About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud AI/ML Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver cloud-native and AI-powered solutions across AWS and Azure environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who can bridge cloud technologies, AI/ML capabilities, and business requirements to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The successful candidate will lead technical implementation efforts, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of modern cloud, DevOps, and Generative AI practices using OpenAI technologies.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and enhance cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions across AWS and Azure environments.

Build scalable APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, and distributed cloud applications aligned with business requirements.

Develop and integrate OpenAI-powered capabilities such as chatbots, virtual assistants, intelligent search, document processing, content generation, and AI agents.

Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, API Gateway, Event Grid, Event Hub, and related cloud services.

Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Amazon EKS.

Integrate AI/ML models and services into enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making activities.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high system availability.

Implement security best practices, monitoring, observability, logging, and cloud governance standards.

Create technical documentation, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Mentor developers and promote high-quality software engineering and AI development standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5-8 years of experience in Software Development, Cloud Engineering, AI/ML Development, or Full Stack Engineering.

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

Experience developing and integrating solutions using OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Service, or Generative AI frameworks.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Node.js, .NET, or similar modern programming languages.

Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and AI Agent architectures.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or other container orchestration platforms.

Experience working with serverless services, cloud storage, messaging systems, and API management solutions.

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation.

Experience implementing security, authentication, authorization, monitoring, and observability best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions independently.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Experience mentoring development teams and driving engineering excellence initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
