About the job

The Campaign Project Manager (CPM) for Trafficking & Lifecycle oversees the production coordination of lifecycle and trafficking campaigns for Prime Video International (PVIXA) Scaled O&O across 12+ territories. This CPM coordinates campaign workflows across O&O channels — Cross-Site, Outbound (email/push), WhatsApp, and FireTV — covering lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns. The role sits at the center of campaign activation, connecting stakeholders across Product, Prime, Growth & Engagement, and regional teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and at quality. Traffic & Lifecycle is a high-volume operation supporting all business lines (SVOD, Channels, TVOD, Sports), and this role provides the dedicated operational coordination that keeps campaign production running smoothly at scale.

Day to day, the CPM manages campaign approvals, coordinates cross-functional workflows, supports War Room activations during high-velocity events (Prime Day, major sports events, strategic title launches), and monitors campaign quality through QA validation across multiple channels and territories.

The CPM understands campaign requirements from the O&O Marketing team, cascades work to the appropriate GSS Campaign Operations (CO) teams for execution, removes blockers, and enables the on-time launch of lifecycle and traffic campaigns. The CPM does not execute the actual campaign builds — they coordinate and oversee that the right teams within CO receive the work and that campaigns activate on time.

This role supports coordination across 12+ territories and all five PVIXA business lines, operating within a rapidly growing operational environment. Without this incremental role, Marketing Managers would be required to divert bandwidth from strategic planning and campaign strategy to handle operational execution tasks — including campaign approvals, task queue management, QA validation, and War Room coordination.
