ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate
Professionals’ Product & Tech Team is looking for a proactive and analytical Business
Analyst to join our growing technology team.
The ideal candidate
will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping
translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
This role is ideal for
someone who has strong analytical ability, understands technology and business
processes, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving business problems through
structured thinking and data-driven analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
objectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional
Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

flows, wireframes, user journeys, and functional specifications where required.
teams in clarifying functional requirements and resolving requirement-related

Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, validation, and defect
clarification.
analysis to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and business insights.
dashboards, presentations, and requirement documentation for stakeholders.
