We are currently seeking a BA-Core Banking to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Summary of Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving core banking transformation initiatives for our clients, with exposure across multiple banking domains including Deposits, Lending, Payments, Customer Management, Digital Banking, and Core Banking Modernization programs. We’re looking for someone who will: • Be the primary point of contact to various stakeholders, including but not limited to Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, Design & Development teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements, strategic objectives, and transformation priorities.

Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, well understood, and properly documented in the form of epics, features, user stories, and process flows, with stakeholder sign-off.

Provide business and functional expertise across core banking domains, including deposits, lending, payments, customer servicing, onboarding, and digital banking processes.

Support Design and Development teams in configuring and customizing solutions to meet business needs and enhance customer and user experience.

Support proposal development activities including RFPs, RFIs, solution responses, thought leadership content, and client presentations by providing functional and domain expertise.

Stay informed on current market trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovations within core banking and support stakeholders with relevant insights and recommendations. You will need to show us that: • You demonstrate strong business and functional expertise across core banking processes and operating models.

You have worked on major banking transformation, core banking implementation, modernization, or digital banking initiatives with significant contributions as a Business Analyst.

You have a strong understanding of current core banking trends, AI adoption in banking, process automation, customer experience transformation, and data-driven banking initiatives.

You can work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Design Teams, and Delivery Squads to resolve business and functional challenges and identify suitable solutions.

You are experienced in supporting proposal, RFP, and RFI responses by translating business requirements into compelling solution narratives.

You are a professional with strong banking domain expertise who can effectively connect business goals with technology-enabled solutions and support successful delivery. Experience and Skills Required: 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Deposits, Lending, or Banking Transformation programs.Well versed with Agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and Agile ceremonies.Strong understanding of core banking platforms, banking products, business processes, and industry best practices.Experience supporting proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, business case creation, and client presentations.Awareness of current market trends, AI use cases in banking, core banking modernization approaches, and emerging fintech innovations.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (both verbal and written).Experience of working with any of the Big 4s or leading consulting organizations would be an added advantage.
