About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and data-intensive applications. In this role, you will work closely with architects, product owners, analysts, and software engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions that support healthcare and enterprise business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, and modern cloud-native data engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with Agile roadmaps.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions on Azure and cloud-based platforms.

Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native services.

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT frameworks to support enterprise data integration and analytics.

Design and implement real-time and batch data processing solutions using Kafka and cloud technologies.

Work with structured and unstructured datasets using relational and non-relational databases.

Develop and maintain APIs and data services that enable efficient data access and consumption.

Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise data platforms.

Support DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices through automation and configuration management.

Build and maintain deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and operational dashboards.

Participate in reliability engineering, deployment planning, fault-tolerant architecture design, and test automation initiatives.

Support Data as a Service (DaaS) and Container as a Service (CaaS) solutions.

Manage and troubleshoot production issues using incident management tools such as ServiceNow.

Collaborate with teams to define and implement quality strategies for resilient and scalable data platforms.

Contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, documentation, and best practice initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, or Cloud Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and data engineering solutions.

Experience designing and developing solutions using Azure Databricks.

Proven expertise with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming architectures.

Strong experience working with Apache Spark for large-scale data transformation and analytics.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing solutions.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and data integration frameworks.

Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies.

Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and scalable data platforms.

Experience implementing DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.

Familiarity with containerization and modern data platform deployment models.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced enterprise environments.
