Job title- Workplace Services Technical Delivery Architect

Transform Implement and Deliver M365 workloads and integrated services

Location India Any LTM Office preferably in Bangalore Chennai or Pune

Key areas of responsibilityAssess and document Active Directory Exchange Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams and Microsoft 365 security configurations

Identify and document risks and dependencies across identity messaging collaboration security and network components

Prepare solution designs and secure internal and client architect approvals

Develop implementation migration build and test documentation

Build and validate environments in accordance with approved designs

Assess migration readiness across Microsoft 365 workloads and related network services

Plan and execute migrations from onpremises hybrid legacy thirdparty cloud and tenanttotenant environments

Deliver migrations according to schedule and resolve issues during and after migration

Perform incident analysis problem definition rootcause analysis and timely resolution of service delivery failures

Requirements1012 years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft 365 workloads including Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD Exchange Online OneDrive Teams SharePoint Online and Exchange

Experience with onpremises cloud and hybrid implementations and migrations

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and dependent services such as DNS DHCP and AD FS

Experience migrating legacy or thirdparty email platforms such as Google Workspace and Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365

Knowledge of tenanttotenant migrations and migrations involving file shares SharePoint Teams OneDrive Intune and other Microsoft 365 services

Working knowledge of migration tools such as Quest and BitTitan is preferred

Strong technical documentation presentation communication problemsolving customer service and interpersonal skills

Education requiredBachelor Master degree
