Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate to join our team at Brigade Tech Gardens, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Mortgage Servicing, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the mortgage lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various aspects of mortgage servicing, including payment processing, account management, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee mortgage servicing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Process mortgage payments, adjustments, and account reconciliations accurately and efficiently.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts, providing timely and accurate information.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to mortgage servicing and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to mortgage servicing.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for mortgage servicing processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage servicing regulations.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional growth.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Mortgage Servicing processes and regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using mortgage servicing software and tools.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer service within the mortgage or financial services industry.

Familiarity with loan origination systems and mortgage servicing platforms.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards related to mortgage servicing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or a related field.

Relevant certifications in mortgage servicing or financial services are a plus.
