A strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution logistics is essential. Experience working in or with the genset industry or related heavy equipment sectors will be highly advantageous due to the specialized nature of the products.

Technical proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, are critical for success in this role. Experience leading teams within warehouse settings and fostering collaborative environments will strengthen an applicant's suitability.

Industry Preferred

We prefer candidates with experience in the genset industry, which involves power generation equipment manufacturing and distribution. Familiarity with this sector ensures understanding of product complexities and the logistics challenges unique to heavy machinery handling, transportation, and after-sales service support.

Experience in adjacent industries such as construction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial components supply chain is also valued. Those with a background in logistics-intensive sectors where timely dispatch and inventory precision are critical will find themselves well suited to this role.

Applicants should be proactive problem-solvers capable of making informed decisions under pressure. Effective communication and team coordination skills are necessary to collaborate successfully across multiple departments and external vendors.

Reliability and attention to detail in handling invoice verification, shipment tracking, and record-keeping tasks are critical. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to evolving operational demands and a continuous improvement mindset.

Though travel requirements are minimal, the role demands flexibility and readiness to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners as necessary to fulfill operational goals.
