Analyst I - Operations

(1) Track and follow up on proposals (2) Track and follow up on resource allocations (3) Track and follow up on project plans (4) Create, track and monitor project plans, track progress using tools like JIRA (5) Reporting project progress and financials (6) Update and maintain profiles and job descriptions of team members (7) Create SOs for open positions (8) Follow up for resumes, liaison with recruiting, SMEs to schedule interviews (9) Follow up for various kinds of approvals (10)Liaison with business finance on areas like timesheets, utilization, etc (11)Liaison with stores, procurement, license management, (12) Conduct product demos (13) Maintain Highspot, UST Square, SharePoint folders
