Primary Responsibilities:

AI/ML Engineer +Full Stack Engineer+ Kafka Expertise

Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product & Development team

Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have

Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines

Own the applications technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems

Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Actively participate in projects deliverables within the Java Spring Framework, API, Angular, react and Kafka

Design and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks

Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services like Azure Document Intelligence Service

Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT/Math/Statistics/Engineering, or equivalent work experience

6+ years of overall experience in in AI/ML engineering or related fields

Hands on experience on Java, Spring boot, Camunda, Node.js , Next.js, Graphql, Kafka

Hands on experience on React, Typescript, Familiarity with web components/ Parcel component

Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for Reporting

Proven solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (eg, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Proven good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to all stake holders

Proven good communicator and can coordinate well with business and other stake holders

Proven solid in analyzing & providing complete technical solutions for the given problems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in health care industry

Experience working in Agile environment
