Filter to at-risk and behind-schedule items ranked by dollar exposure
You run the filter prompt. Claude returns a ranked list. The logistics initiative appears second, behind schedule against a savings target, with a named capacity constraint attached.
Cross-reference the risk flag with the contract expiry date
You ask Claude to check whether any supplier carrying a risk flag also has a contract expiring within the notice window. The logistics supplier matches both conditions. This is the combination a manual review would have missed because the risk flag lived at the initiative level, not the category level.
Save the ranked action list to Drafts
