What you'll learn

Easy to pick up, built to get you the next job

No coding background needed, and you write code with Claude as you go.

Every section below turns into something a hiring manager recognises, not just notes.

Stop Starting Every AI Session From Scratch
  • Set up a Claude Code project that loads your programme context, initiative owners, savings targets, and data locations automatically before you type a single word.
  • Write a CLAUDE.md briefing file that gives Claude the equivalent of a chief-of-staff folder, so every session picks up exactly where you left off.
  • Configure permission rules that control exactly which files Claude can read and write, the same way you'd set up access control on a shared drive.
  • No prior coding experience required: three terminal commands and a plain text file are all it takes to get this running on lesson one.
Build a Project Architecture Hiring Managers Recognise
  • Structure a multi-initiative savings programme inside Claude Code so any colleague, auditor, or new hire can open it and immediately understand what's in flight.
  • Separate global machine settings from project-specific rules so your category playbooks stay clean and auditable, just like a category-specific sourcing policy overrides the company-wide default.
  • Produce a verified, accurate CLAUDE.md that survives a fresh session restart and answers questions about your portfolio without any re-prompting.
Wire Claude Code Into the Systems Your Company Already Runs
  • Use the Integration Architect pattern to connect Claude Code to the data files your procurement stack already produces, not a toy dataset invented for a tutorial.
  • Work with the actual data files provided in the course, the same formats you'd find in a real source-to-pay environment, so the skills transfer the moment you're back at your desk.
  • Build integrations hands-on from the first lesson: if you can open a folder and paste an instruction, you can do this.
Deploy AI Capabilities Across a Procurement Team
  • Apply the Team Deployment Architect pattern to roll out Claude Code workflows so colleagues can use what you've built without needing their own technical setup.
  • Create a repeatable deployment structure that a hiring manager would recognise as genuine AI-operations ownership, not just personal productivity.
  • Leave the course with working artefacts you built yourself, ready to show in an interview or a business case for broader adoption.
Outcome

Finish this course and you can do all of this, no prior background required:

  • You'll be able to configure a Claude Code project from scratch, setting file permissions and auto-loading context, a capability any procurement transformation role now lists as a differentiator.
  • You'll be able to write and maintain a CLAUDE.md that keeps a multi-initiative savings programme current across every AI session, eliminating the manual context overhead that slows every analyst down.
  • You'll be able to connect Claude Code to real procurement data files and build integrations that work with the formats your source-to-pay systems already export.
  • You'll be able to deploy AI workflows across a procurement team so the value isn't locked inside your own laptop, which is exactly what a head of procurement or digital transformation lead wants to se
  • You'll be able to demonstrate a working, end-to-end Claude Code integration in an interview or internal business case, not describe it in theory but open it and walk someone through it.
  • You'll be able to troubleshoot the most common configuration errors, from a misnamed CLAUDE.md to a permission rule that's too broad, so your integrations stay reliable as your programme evolves.

Built by practitioners, not influencers

Every agent, skill file, and dataset is drawn from 25+ years and 50+ Oracle ERP implementations across pharma, manufacturing, semiconductor, and distribution.

Kept current with the stack

Claude Code, skills, and MCP move fast. Your licence includes every system update for as long as you're subscribed. Your system gets better, not obsolete.

Where most people are stuck

You've tried Claude Code and it's impressive in a vacuum, but every new session starts blank. You re-explain your role, your programme, your data, your priorities, and by the time Claude is useful ten minutes have gone. Meanwhile, your procurement systems, spend files, initiative trackers, and supplier data all sit in a completely separate world that Claude knows nothing about. Job adverts are starting to ask for AI fluency in source-to-pay, but you don't have anything concrete to show: no working tool, no demo, no proof you can do more than write a prompt. The gap between knowing Claude exists and being the person who's actually connected it to a real procurement workflow is exactly where this course starts.

What you'll be able to do, module by module

Every module leaves you able to build and run something real. Here is the syllabus, in the order you work through it.

Most candidates say they use AI tools. Very few can open a laptop and show a session-persistent, data-connected, team-deployed Claude Code integration built on real procurement data. That's the difference this course creates, and it's the kind of practical, demonstrable ownership that makes a hiring manager stop scrolling.

How it works

From subscribing to running your first artifact

  1. Subscribe and grab the data files

The first module gives you every data file used in the course, the same CSV and configuration files you'll connect Claude Code to throughout the lessons. Download them once, drop them in your practice folder, and you're ready to build.

  2. Open the course and follow the hands-on lessons

Each module walks you through a real pattern: the Project Architect, the Integration Architect, the Team Deployment Architect. No slides to memorise. You run the commands, create the files, and verify the output yourself, with plain-English explanations at every step and a mentor available to review your work.

  3. Run your first connected artefact and add it to your portfolio

By the end of the Project Architect module you'll have a working Claude Code project that reads your procurement context automatically on every startup. By the end of the course you'll have a deployment-ready integration built on real procurement data, something you can open in an interview and walk through in detail.

A worked example from this program

From a blank session to a briefed AI in under a minute: the Project Architect in practice

  1. The problem before the course

Jordan opens Claude every morning and spends ten minutes re-explaining the Pinnacle Procurement savings programme: eight initiatives, four owners, a combined target, and where all the files live. Every session. Every restart. Real work starts late every day.

  2. Create the project folder and hidden configuration directory

Three terminal commands create the practice folder and the .claude/ subdirectory inside it. That's the entire technical setup. Claude Code now recognises this folder as a structured project and knows where to look for its instructions.

  3. Write the CLAUDE.md briefing file

Jordan pastes one instruction into Claude Code. Claude reads the initiative CSV, transcribes all eight rows including owners, savings targets, stages, and status, and writes them into a clean CLAUDE.md. The whole file stays under 120 lines so it loads fast and leaves room for actual work.

  4. Configure permission rules in settings.json

A short settings file tells Claude exactly which folders it can read from and which it can write to, scoped to this project only, the same way a category playbook scopes rules to one team without touching the company-wide sourcing policy.

  5. Verify the pattern works with a fresh session

Jordan quits Claude, restarts it, and asks which initiatives are at risk without providing any context. Claude immediately names INIT-002 and INIT-007 with the correct owners and status labels, drawn straight from CLAUDE.md. Zero re-prompting. The ten-minute morning ritual is gone.

Proof you can show

The toolkit you'll build and run in this program

You leave with working assets, not notes.

Real things you can demo in an interview.

A fully configured Claude Code project folder with .claude/ directory, scoped settings.json, and a verified CLAUDE.md ready for a real multi-initiative programme.

The Integration Architect connection pattern, a reusable structure for linking Claude Code to procurement data files you can adapt to your own stack.

The Team Deployment Architect template, a deployment-ready package that lets colleagues use your AI workflows without any technical setup of their own.

The complete set of course data files in procurement-realistic CSV formats, which double as a reference for formatting your own live data.

A working demo you built yourself, session-persistent, data-connected, and team-deployable, that you can open and explain in any interview or internal pitch.

Who this is for

You'll get the most from this if

Procurement analysts and category managers who use Claude Code but haven't connected it to the data and systems their team actually runs.

Source-to-pay professionals who want something concrete to show in their next role application, a working integration they built themselves rather than a list of prompts they've tried.

Savings programme managers juggling multiple initiatives who are tired of re-explaining their portfolio to an AI every single morning.

Anyone in procurement or supply chain who wants to be the person who deploys AI across the team, not just the person who uses it at their own desk.

Questions

Straight answers before you subscribe

Do I need any coding or technical background to do this course?

None at all. The course is built for procurement and supply-chain professionals, not developers. Every step is explained in plain English, the commands are short and copied directly from the lesson, and the data files are provided for you. If you can open a folder and paste an instruction, you can complete every module. The hands-on design means you're building from lesson one, not watching someone else build.

Will this work with the tools and files my company already uses?

The course teaches you how to connect Claude Code to procurement data files in formats your stack already produces. The data files provided in the first module mirror real source-to-pay formats so you can see exactly how the patterns work before adapting them to your own environment. Daily live sessions and mentor review give you a place to ask about your specific setup.

What if I get stuck or something doesn't work as expected?

The course includes daily live sessions where you can bring real questions, plus mentor review of your work. The Project Architect module also walks through the three most common configuration mistakes, including a misnamed CLAUDE.md and an incorrect folder location, so you know exactly what to check before reaching out. You're not on your own.

What's the refund policy?

There's a 14-day refund period. If you work through the lessons and the course isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. There's also a free preview lesson available before you buy so you can see the teaching style and format before committing.

How do updates work, and can I use what I build commercially?

The course is updated when the underlying tools or curriculum change, and enrolled students get access to those updates. Everything you build, your configured project folder, your CLAUDE.md files, your integration patterns, is yours to use in your own work. The licence covers personal and professional use so you can deploy what you build inside your organisation.

Finish this program and walk in as the operator employers can't ignore, not another applicant with no experience.
