About this session

The day before an interview usually goes on reading. A generic list of questions for the role, a few videos, a friend who already works there, or a batch of questions from an AI tool. None of it is preparation for the interview you are actually walking into. That is why people arrive having covered everything and remembering nothing.

In 45 minutes we take one real posting and one real resume and build the prep plan in front of you.

How it works

You are ten minutes from working.

  1. Paste the posting. The job you are interviewing for, as it was posted.
  2. Add your resume. Once. It carries across every session after this.
  3. Pick the hours you have. Three, six, nine or twelve.

Then start at block one. The plan decides the order, so the only thing left to do is answer.

The 1 Day Prep hour picker: about 3 hours, 4 blocks; about 6 hours, 7 blocks; about 9 hours, 10 blocks; the full 12 hours, 12 blocks.

Questions

What is 1 Day Prep?

Give it the job posting and your resume, say how many hours you have, and it builds an hour-by-hour plan: the questions your resume invites, the posting's topics with reading, your stories, two mock rounds and the recaps.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. A free account runs the "Just be ready" mode: pick a role, the round type and your hours, and it builds the full plan against a typical posting for that role, using your resume. Your own posting needs the Foundation plan.

What hours can I pick?

3, 6, 9 or 12 for technical and case rounds, 3 for an HR screen, 3 or 6 for a panel. Shorter plans drop blocks, they never shrink them: a three-hour technical plan runs four blocks at full length.

What does it make me do?

Answer in writing, and out loud in the mock rounds. Every answer is marked, the second mock brings back your three weakest, and the last two hours condense the day. It is not reading material.

Does it help if I have gaps in my resume?

It lists the gaps against the posting, asks the question each gap invites, and gives a worked answer plus reading to close what can be closed tonight. It never claims more than you have done.

Does it guarantee I will get the job?

No. It decides what you do with the hours before the interview. What happens in the room is yours.
