•Define and evolve the long-term engineering vision and roadmap for International and B2B offerings, aligned with JioHotstar’s product and business strategy.
•Enable multi tenancy in certain sub-systems to make our International and B2B offering equally feature rich
•Build tooling and processes to enable all engineering teams to develop, verify and deploy globally for multiple tenants with the same ease as they do for JioHotstar India
•Wear the product hat and being able to think about what and how to build the next set of systems
•Drive operational excellence by improving system reliability, observability, scalability, and effi ciency
•Ensure high standards in architecture, system design, code quality, and engineering best practices
•Simplify complex technical challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions
•Create and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business and organizational goals
•Understand system dependencies, trade-offs, and limitations to guide strategic decision-making
