•Connect with prospective US-based businesses and decision-makers.
•Introduce the company's Lab-Grown Diamond products and services.
•Identify potential customers, generate business interest, and create qualified sales opportunities.
•Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
•Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
•Maintain accurate CRM records and call updates.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
•Contribute to business growth through consistent outreach and relationship building.
Candidate Profile
•Any Graduate.
•Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
•Candidates with up to 3 years of experience may also apply.
•Prior experience in Outbound Voice Process, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Acquisition, or International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
•Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
•Strong convincing, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
•Confident personality with professional telephone etiquette.
•Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the shift.
•Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
•Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
•Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (7:45 PM to 5:15 AM) .
