Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring clear translation of business needs into detailed functional requirements across cards and payments systems. Perform end‑to‑end functional analysis across the card lifecycle, including customer onboarding, card issuance, authorization, transaction processing, clearing, settlement, billing, statements, and card maintenance. Conduct functional gap analysis between existing systems and target platforms; define functional solutions, business rules, data flows, and exception handling. Elaborate functional specifications to support system modernization, platform migration, and legacy decoupling initiatives. Collaborate with architects, technical analysts, developers, and testers to ensure functional coherence throughout design, build, and test phases. Support agile delivery models, including backlog refinement, story definition, acceptance criteria, and sprint-level functional clarifications. Validation functional implementation during SIT, UAT, regression testing, and coordinate defect triage and resolution from a business perspective.
