About the job

Experience: 4-7

Role summary: The UI/UX Designer shapes how business users, reviewers, and executives work with AI and data products, from conversational prompt experiences to evidence-based review workspaces and multi-tier dashboards.

Experience: 4 to 7 years in product or UX design, with a portfolio of enterprise, data-heavy, or B2B applications.

Key responsibilities

Run user research with personas such as analysts, data stewards, reviewers, functional leads, and executives.
Map persona journeys and end-to-end task flows for each user tier.
Design conversational and prompt-driven interfaces, including chat, routing, and agent response patterns.
Design reviewer workspaces that show AI findings with evidence, rationale, confidence, and recommended action.
Design human-in-the-loop interactions: accept, reject, edit, escalate, and comment capture.
Design dashboards and scorecards at different altitudes (executive summary, detailed, standard reporting) with clear status, trend, and exception views.
Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
Create and maintain a component library and design system aligned with client brand standards.
Run usability tests with real users and iterate designs from findings.
Prepare developer handoff specs and support front-end engineers (React) during build and UAT.

Required skills

Strong UX process: research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
Expert in Figma (or similar) for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Data visualization and dashboard design for complex, data-dense content.
Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design.
Clear storytelling to present design rationale to business and executive stakeholders.
Working knowledge of front-end constraints, especially React component patterns.

Preferred skills

Experience designing for GenAI or agentic products: conversational UX, explainability, trust, and confidence cues.
Design for regulated or audit-heavy workflows (review, approval, compliance, governance).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and their design conventions.
Life sciences or healthcare domain exposure.
Basic HTML/CSS or prototyping in code.
