We are currently seeking a TTA SME & Architect to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: TTA SME & Architect

Job Overview

The TTA SME & Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) solutions for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), workflow automation, document capture, classification, extraction, and business process automation.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility, OCR/ICR, document classification, data extraction, workflow, APIs, integrations, security, deployment, and solution architecture .

Experience

15+ years of IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Tungsten TotalAgility / Kofax TotalAgility , preferably across multiple enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

TTA Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end TTA solutions for enterprise IDP and process automation.
Define TTA architecture, components, environments, integrations and deployment topology.
Design scalable, highly available and secure TTA solutions.
Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams and technical design documents .
Define development, SIT, UAT, production and DR architecture.
Provide technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
TTA Technical SME
Act as the subject-matter expert for Tungsten TotalAgility .
Provide technical guidance to developers, engineers, BAs and QA teams.
Review TTA configurations, workflows, extraction models and integrations.
Troubleshoot complex TTA issues and performance problems.
Establish development and implementation best practices.
Support production incidents and root-cause analysis.
Intelligent Document Processing

Strong understanding of:

Field-level validation

Confidence scoring
Machine learning-based extraction
Document learning
Human-in-the-loop validation
Image preprocessing
Document quality assessment
TTA Workflow / BPM
Design complex business workflows using TTA.
Configure activities, transitions and business rules.
Design exception and error-handling processes.
Implement human validation and manual review workflows.
Optimize processes for high-volume document processing.
Integrate TTA workflows with enterprise BPM and downstream applications.
Integration Architecture

Design and implement integrations between TTA and:

REST/SOAP APIs
Core banking systems
CRM
LOS
ECM/DMS
BPM platforms
Enterprise service bus
Databases
Message queues
External document repositories
Authentication/identity platforms

Strong understanding of JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, API security and enterprise integration patterns is expected.

TTA Development & Configuration
Configure TTA projects, processes and document types.
Develop extraction/classification solutions.
Configure transformation and recognition activities.
Develop workflows and business rules.
Configure integrations and custom components.
Support deployment across multiple environments.
Perform code/configuration reviews.

Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
Lead POCs and technical feasibility assessments.
Support performance testing and production readiness.
Work closely with enterprise architects and client technical teams.
