Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks for industrial automation and engineering software products.
Define test strategies, test architectures, test plans, and automation standards across unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Develop intelligent AI/LLM-powered testing solutions for test generation, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge retrieval.
Implement RAG based systems to leverage product/code knowledge base system
Integrate LLM/SLM capabilities into IDEs and engineering/test workflows to improve test development and automation productivity.
Develop automation solutions using Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
Build and integrate AI workflows using LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Architect automated testing for Industrial Automation / OT systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs, gateways, drives, controllers, and field devices.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus/Modbus TCP, OPC UA and similar protocols.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, pytest, or similar technologies .
Design reusable test libraries, automation components, simulators, mocks, stubs, drivers, and test utilities .
Develop automated tests for device communication, protocol interoperability, configuration, connectivity, data acquisition, alarms, and system integration.
Analyze and automate testing using logs, traces, telemetry, test results, configuration files, and technical documentation.
Drive CI/CD, Git-based collaborative development, test infrastructure, automation standards, and quality engineering practices across engineering teams.
Collaborate with automation, controls, software, and QA teams to define test strategies and deliver AI-enabled automation solutions for industrial products.
