Telecom Team Member-BPS

The primary role of Executive/Sr. Executive is to be part of the team and process the jobs/work allocated and answer the inbound calls within the set threshold. The incumbent will use various tools to complete a call and ensure that the calls are handled in a timely manner The incumbent is also responsible for processing the jobs in an efficient and accurate manner.
