Job Description Summary

Job Overview

Technology Project Manager, Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

Develops and implements projects and programs from initiation to delivery, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

May facilitate client-facing interactions to understand client requirements, tailor project proposals accordingly, ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and address any concerns promptly

Plans, develops, coordinates, and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains, and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; and creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of programs in accordance with established standards and requirement.

Often requires a technical background, including using the Agile development framework to complete overall process improvement and project management responsibilities.

May oversee or assist in budgeting and invoicing activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance,

including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and managing invoices.

Identifies risks to program success and escalates to management as necessary.

Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision; drives completion of the project.

Manages stakeholder relationships; develops and executes communication plan.

Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.

Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends or implements changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end product.

Consistently delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

12 - 15 plus years of overall experience in project/program management, Hands-on experience in handling Design, documentation, coding and unit testing, code review, SIT, bug fixing, Issue troubleshooting, UAT support, Deployment, root cause analysis and enhancement..

5 or more years of working experience in Life science/Healthcare sector is desirable.

Should have performed the role of a Scrum Master with a strong technical background and proven experience in budget planning and management. The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of

Good experience in working on applications on Microsoft platform, C#, JSON, SQL Server

Hands-on experience in Entity Framework

Knowledge on project budgeting and PM frameworks (Agile, Scrum) etc.

Tools familiarity Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, GIT, etc.
