Senior Front-End Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer with 10+ years of professional software development experience to help shape and deliver a modern, customer-facing web application.

In this role, you will design scalable front-end solutions, build performant and accessible user experiences, and provide technical leadership across complex initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Back-End Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, production-grade software.

The ideal candidate combines deep front-end expertise with strong architectural judgment, a product mindset, and a track record of raising engineering standards across teams.

Design and deliver modern, responsive, and customer-focused web applications.

Define and evolve scalable front-end architecture, including micro-frontend and modular UI strategies.

Build reusable, testable, and maintainable UI components, shared libraries, and front-end services.

Lead the technical design and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Collaborate with Product and UX teams to turn requirements and designs into intuitive user experiences.

Partner with Back-End engineers to define APIs, data contracts, and real-time application flows.

Establish and maintain high standards for performance, accessibility, security, usability, and browser compatibility.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across rendering, state management, network requests, and application bundles.

Participate in architectural decisions involving front-end infrastructure, build systems, testing, observability, and deployment.

Provide thoughtful code reviews and promote shared engineering standards and best practices.

Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional development.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend pragmatic improvements to the front-end ecosystem.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to the reliability and operational health of the application.

Required knowledge and experience

10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant focus on front-end development.

Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

Extensive experience delivering and maintaining large-scale, production-grade web applications.

Strong experience with React Query, Redux, Zustand , or comparable state and server-state management solutions.

Proven experience designing micro-frontends, modular user interfaces, or other scalable front-end architectures.

Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser APIs, and cross-browser behavior.

Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance, including rendering, code splitting, caching, and bundle size.

Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards and experience building inclusive interfaces aligned with WCAG guidelines.

Experience building applications that use WebSockets , Server-Sent Events, or similar technologies for real-time data updates.

Strong knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing.

Experience with modern front-end build tools, package management, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.

Solid understanding of API integration, authentication, authorization, and front-end security principles.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
