Prepare high-quality functional designs, configuration workbooks, process flows, test artefacts, user guides and training materials in line with Oracle implementation methodologies.
Assess Oracle Redwood readiness, support business-process redesign for Redwood pages and guided experiences, and execute adoption, testing and change-impact activities.
Identify suitable SCM use cases for Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and support the definition of agent topics, instructions, tools, data access, human-approval checkpoints and expected outcomes.
Collaborate with technical, security and integration teams to configure, test, publish and monitor AI agents and agentic workflows within Oracle Fusion.
Follow responsible AI controls covering role-based access, data privacy, traceability, testing, monitoring and business-owner approval.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover and production support, and drive timely resolution of defects and functional queries.
Contribute to client presentations, solution demonstrations, estimates, proposals, knowledge assets and practice-development initiatives.
Guide junior consultants, review assigned deliverables and maintain delivery quality and internal KPIs.

Experience:

Hands-on experience with source-to-pay and procure-to-pay process design, enterprise structures, procurement business units, requisitioning, purchasing, approvals, catalogs, supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracts, receiving, integrations, data migration, reporting and operational controls.
Practical knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX, including Redwood page adoption, process redesign, extension considerations, testing and end-user change management.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, including agent configuration concepts, topics, instructions, tools, workflow orchestration, deployment, security and monitoring.
Ability to support high-value agentic SCM use cases, such as supplier onboarding assistance, procurement policy guidance, order exception management, inventory insights or planning support.
