Manage BGV initiation, tracking, review, and closure across business units.

Ensure cases are completed within defined TATs and SLAs.

Review discrepancies, red flags, and exceptions as per the BGV policy.

Coordinate with TA, BUHR, candidates, and BGV vendors.

Monitor vendor performance, quality, and SLA compliance.

Handle escalations and provide timely status updates.

Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and audit readiness.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Post-Graduate with relevant experience in BGV or HR Operations.

Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Knowledge of MS Office and Power BI is preferred.

Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and capable of handling high case volumes
