Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Credit Card customers through various sourcing channels.
Achieve monthly and annual Credit Card sales targets.
Develop and manage relationships with branch teams, DSAs, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Conduct market visits and customer meetings to generate leads.
Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and documentation as per bank guidelines.
Drive activation and usage of sourced Credit Cards.
Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to improve performance.
Maintain compliance with KYC, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Prepare sales MIS and track performance metrics.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently.
