The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities.
Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to implement solutions.
Map and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Support project execution through requirement definition, testing, and user acceptance validation.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform market, competitor, and industry research to support business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Project Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and PowerPoint.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or corporate strategy is preferred.
