Your Work profile:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture aligned with business requirements.
Drive project planning, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps engineers.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
Excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Support solution design, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities as required.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Delivery.
Strong experience in enterprise application architecture, microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
Experience in Government/Public Sector or large enterprise implementation projects will be preferred.
Experience in delivering AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) implementation projects will be an added advantage
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and managing multiple concurrent project deliveries
Education:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree
