Your Work Profile

As a Consultant, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and Python , along with experience working within the Banking or Financial Services domain . The role involves building robust data pipelines, transforming and integrating enterprise data, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

3 to 5 Years of Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:Big Query, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.

Strong SQL skills, including joints, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and query optimization.

Strong Python programming skills for data processing and automation.

Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.

Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.

Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.

Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.

Build scalable and efficient data processing solutions using Python and SQL.

Integrate data from multiple source systems and support enterprise data platforms.

Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.

Support data warehousing and data modeling initiatives.

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: B.E./B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech/M.Sc.

Experience: 3–5 years in GCP Data Engineering.

Success Metrics

Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain.

Understanding of banking data, customer data, transactions, regulatory reporting, risk, or compliance datasets is preferred.

3 to 5 Years of Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Strong Python programming skills for data processing and automation.

Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP.

Location and Way of Working

Base Location: Pune . Hybrid working model.
