Team Lead – Supply Ops Retail

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Retail Fulfilment Operations to own end-to-end retail dispatch operations. This role will be responsible for leading the complete fulfilment journey—from order allocation and warehouse execution to dispatch, supplier coordination, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Dispatch Operations Ownership - Own end-to-end retail dispatch operations for both App and Non-App orders across all fulfilment channels.

Performance & KPI Accountability - Own and deliver on critical KPIs, like Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines and Cancellation.

SOP Development & Process Governance - Build, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with business expectations. Ensure adherence to SOPs across fulfilment operations team.

Supplier Performance Management - Monitor supplier dispatch performance and SLA adherence and collaborate with supplier partners to improve fulfilment efficiency

Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree

Experience - 2+ years of experience in Fulfilment Operations, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Operations. Proven experience in managing large fulfilment teams.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills – Advance Excel, Strong knowledge of OMS.

Leadership Skills - Strong people management and coaching ability, decision-making, Excellent stakeholder management, Problem-solving and analytical mindset, High ownership with strong execution capabilities, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
