Job Summary

Relationship Manager role is to build and deepen long-term client relationships by understanding clients’ financial needs and delivering appropriate, customer-centric banking solutions.
The role is responsible for providing high-quality service, increasing product penetration through relevant cross-sell opportunities, and achieving assigned portfolio and revenue targets.
Relationship Manager acts as a trusted point of contact for clients, proactively identifying their needs, supporting their financial objectives, and ensuring a consistent client experience while adhering to the Bank’s risk, compliance, conduct and governance standards

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deepen relationships with assigned clients through regular engagement and a strong understanding of their financial needs.
Achieve agreed portfolio, revenue and business targets while identifying appropriate opportunities to increase product penetration and share of wallet.
Provide high-quality, customer-centric service and ensure timely resolution of client requirements and service issues.
Promote relevant banking, investment and wealth solutions based on client needs and suitability, supported by effective digital client engagement where appropriate. Client Engagement: myRM Digital Capability highlights the use of digital engagement to connect with clients and increase investment FUM and penetration.
Maintain disciplined portfolio management, including client coverage, follow-ups, pipeline management and accurate completion of required processes and documentation.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, Bank policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct, and proactively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Demonstrate strong customer focus, collaboration, action orientation, sound judgment and integrity while contributing effectively to overall branch and team objectives.
