Role Purpose

Lead MSI Module manufacturing operations to achieve world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) . Drive operational excellence across Module Assembly, Test, Burn-In, Inspection, and Pack processes while ensuring customer commitments, productivity targets, and continuous improvement goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

Manage daily production execution to meet output and shipment targets.

Drive capacity utilization, line balancing, and workforce optimization.

Lead production recovery plans and escalation management.

Ensure stable 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Safety & Compliance

Champion a zero-incident safety culture.

Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements.

Lead safety observations, audits, and corrective actions.

Quality & Performance

Deliver best-in-class yield, quality, and productivity.

Reduce defects, scrap, rework, and customer escapes.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

People Leadership

Lead supervisors and production teams.

Develop talent, succession plans, and employee engagement.

Drive accountability, coaching, and performance management.

Continuous Improvement

Leveraging Artificial Intelligence & Applying Artificial Intelligence

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Smart Manufacturing initiatives.

Improve OEE, Cycle Time, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.

Utilize data analytics and factory dashboards to drive decisions.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

12 to 15 years in manufacturing operations.

8+ years leading high-volume production teams.

Semiconductor, Module, SSD, or Electronics Manufacturing experience preferred.
