Here, you’ll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale. If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.

The Sr. AWS Developer — Products builds the AI backbone of Pulse , NeuraFlash's AI agent monitoring, insights & evaluation platform, and NeuraFlash Desktop for Amazon Connect , our contact center product suite. This is an AI product engineering role with contact center DNA: you ship the LLM pipelines, agentic services, and MCP surfaces that let customers monitor, evaluate, and improve their AI agents grounded in real contact center conversations flowing out of Amazon Connect.

The ideal candidate pairs strong Amazon Bedrock ecosystem experience with hands-on Amazon Connect knowledge, is proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, and treats security, scalability, and deployment portability as first-class requirements. If you love building GenAI products for the contact center on AWS end-to-end, we'd love to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

Build Pulse's AI core: conversation ingestion, topic detection, LLM-based evaluations and scoring, PII redaction, and the insights/recommendation engine
Develop on Amazon Bedrock — model invocation, Agents, AgentCore (gateways, runtimes), Knowledge Bases/RAG, and Guardrails — plus third-party LLM APIs
Design and build Pulse's MCP server and agentic interfaces so AI assistants and customer tooling can consume Pulse data and actions
Engineer agent observability: session/trace capture, evaluation harnesses, quality scoring, and health metrics for production AI agents
Build the supporting serverless backend: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/RDS, S3, Kinesis, Step Functions
Own product infrastructure as code (AWS CDK): reusable, hardened constructs that deploy cleanly into customer-owned AWS accounts
Own the Amazon Connect integration layer: CTR, Contact Lens, agent event streams, Lex bots, and contact flow touchpoints that feed Pulse and power ACE features
Drive security posture: Cognito/OIDC auth, IAM least privilege, encryption everywhere, SAST/DAST/CSPM remediation, third-party security assessments
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and take technical ownership of product epics with minimal direction

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ Years of experience
Strong hands-on programming in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
Hands-on GenAI/LLM application engineering: prompt design, RAG, structured outputs, LLM-as-judge evaluation, guardrails, token/cost optimization
Experience with Amazon Bedrock (or equivalent LLM platforms) in production workloads
Deep experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge/Kinesis)
Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines
Amazon Connect experience (contact flows, Lex, CTR/Contact Lens data streams)
AWS Developer / Solutions Architect certification (Associate or Professional)
Experience building AI agents using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Bedrock (voice/chat self-service, agent assist)
Experience building and operating REST APIs and event-driven integrations across multiple systems
Security-minded development: IAM, Cognito, KMS encryption, VPC/network design, secure SDLC

Nice to haves:

MCP server development or agentic frameworks (Bedrock AgentCore, LangGraph, Strands, CrewAI, etc.)
AI agent evaluation/observability experience (evals, tracing, scoring pipelines)
Experience shipping multi-tenant SaaS or products deployed into customer cloud accounts
Contact center platform breadth (WFM, voice protocols like WebRTC/SIP, or other CCaaS platforms)
Salesforce platform/API familiarity (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce)
AWS AI Practitioner or Machine Learning Specialty certification
