If you like owning the full picture, from client conversations to campaign results, you'll fit right in. At Social Pill, you will lead day-to-day client communication, turn briefs into clear plans, and see campaigns through from first idea to final delivery. The pace is fast, with multiple clients and deadlines moving at once, and the opportunity is real: shaping brand strategy and campaigns for leading brands, including in finance.

You'll work closely with the creative, digital, and media teams, as well as clients, to deliver effective, insight-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

Own client relationships, with clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.

Present ideas, campaign progress, and performance updates confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Strategy

Lead and contribute to brand and campaign strategy, using client insights and market understanding.

Stay on top of industry and market trends, especially in finance, and bring proactive, strategic input.

Campaign Execution

Translate client briefs into actionable plans and guide projects from start to finish.

Work with creative, digital, and media teams to bring strategic ideas to life across platforms.

Internal Coordination

Keep timelines, deliverables, and campaign objectives on track across teams.

Flag risks early and solve problems before they reach the client.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a creative or digital agency.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to think beyond execution and contribute to brand growth.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Finance client experience is preferred but not essential.
