You will be at the center of customer interactions, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Your responsibilities

You will process and manage customer orders from quotation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed commercial terms.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and resolving order-related issues.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

You will monitor order progress, manage changes or cancellations, and proactively escalate critical issues that may impact customer commitments.

You will maintain accurate ERP records, prepare commercial documentation, and identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience.

Expectations for you

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

You have 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.

You have a good understanding of international order management, export processes, logistics, supply chain operations, and commercial documentation.

You are comfortable working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

You have strong communication skills and can effectively coordinate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
