Role :Senior Test Analyst

Investigate user problems and needs identify root causes and determine possible solutions

Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable

Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned

Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders

Identify problem areas and suggest improvements

Identify areas suitable for automation

Guide and mentor new joiners and assist team members in resolving queries

Primary Skill

Should have strong testing and test results reporting skills with the ability to test applications from user requirements functional specifications andor design

Should have handson experience in automation testing using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript

Should have handson experience in API testing using tools such as Postman andor automation frameworks

Should have exposure to AIenabled using CoPilot including use of AI for test generation defect analysis test optimization or intelligent test automation

Should be able to create and execute SQL queries

Should have the ability to document test results

Should have the ability to document test results

Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills

Ability to learn and support new applications and systems

Excellent understanding of manual test process and defect management

Proactive in identifying gaps and implementing improvements with very little supervision

Excellent ability to identify risks and mitigation strategies

Should be able to respond to technical queries and requests from team members and customers

Ability to work in teams across multiple projects and multiple geographies

Experience in Years

Minimum 58 years experience in a testing environment
