Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience – 8+ years.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Battery Busbar design using Siemens CAD NX.
3D modelling and 2D drafting of component using NX.
Component release in the PLM system using Teamcentre.
Addressing DFM/DFA/DFS issues related to the component.
Co-ordination with R&D cross functional teams (Mechanical Packaging/Harness/BMS etc.) for timely release of components
Technical/ Functional Domain
Knowledge of battery, cell – cell connection and components.
Strong expertise in modelling and drafting of sheet metal components.
Well verse with modelling and drafting commands of Siemens NX.
Knowledge of Sheet metal, welding and other known manufacturing processes.
Software skills: Siemens CAD Package NX, TC and MS Office.
