Network Engineer – Enterprise Network Operations L2/L3
Experience: 5–8 Years
Role: Network Engineer – L2/L3 Operations
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points .
Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting , incident resolution and escalation handling.
Troubleshoot network availability, performance and connectivity issues.
Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds, SCOM, PRTG or Nagios .
Execute network changes, upgrades, patching and firmware updates.
Maintain HLD/LLD, network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations and inventory .
Support hybrid-cloud connectivity involving Azure/AWS .
Coordinate with Cloud, Security, Server and other infrastructure teams.
Follow ITIL/change-management processes.
