We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist - Architecture to design, develop, and implement advanced AI and automation solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Azure AI services and the Microsoft Power Platform to create intelligent agents, chatbots, and robust automation workflows for enterprise applications.

Job Description:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end intelligent agents and chatbots leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Bot Framework, and Copilot Studio, integrated with Power Automate.

Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and system instructions using Python and Power Automate for diverse enterprise applications, including ticketing, helpdesk, and software installation agents.

Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, embedding models, vector indexing, and hybrid retrieval strategies. Create and maintain Python/Flask APIs for data retrieval, structured responses, and file handling.

Manage robust authentication mechanisms (OAuth, AAD, managed identities) and configure bot deployments across various channels such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure App Services.

Integrate knowledge bases with enterprise document repositories like SharePoint and OneDrive to enable context-aware and accurate agent responses.

Facilitate API-driven integration of chatbots and agents with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Outlook/Teams for conversational automation and real-time actions.

Design and implement automated remediation workflows for infrastructure incidents using Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Monitor. Develop AIOps capabilities for intelligent correlation and anomaly detection.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn within the Azure infrastructure. Construct user-facing analytics dashboards using Power BI and Gradio. Implement responsible AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and data residency standards.

Azure AI Core: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML.

Azure Platform: Bot Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Container Service (ACS).

Microsoft Stack: Bot Framework SDK, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Office 365, Microsoft Teams integration.

Development: Python, Flask, FastAPI, PowerShell, REST API design, structured JSON, file handling (PDF/image).

AI/ML Concepts: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vectors, Embedding models, vector indexing, hybrid retrieval, LangChain/Semantic Kernel.

Visualization: Power BI, Gradio dashboards for AI observability.

Experience:

5-7 years of professional experience in architecture, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.

Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with complex enterprise environments and integrate diverse systems.
