We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build scalable, production-grade AI solutions. This role combines full-stack software engineering with Generative AI, focusing on LLM-powered applications, RAG, agentic AI workflows and cloud-native deployment on AWS. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing reliable AI products that solve complex business problems.
Design, develop and deploy production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI applications.
Build scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
Develop LLM-powered solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search and contextual memory.
Design AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool-calling systems and MCP integrations.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Deploy and operate cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Establish practices for AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, governance and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into reliable AI solutions.
Create reusable development patterns and maintain high standards for code quality, security and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong full-stack development experience, including Python and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices and distributed applications.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience deploying applications using AWS cloud services.
Experience developing or integrating solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI application frameworks.
Exposure to AI agents, agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-agent workflows or MCP.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles and application architecture.
Proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
