We are looking for a Full Stack C# Developer (Grade 25) with 2-3 years of experience in building scalable web applications using .NET technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and complementary expertise in Python and AI concepts. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and contribution to AI‑enabled solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET Core/NET 6+, and modern frontend frameworks

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX teams

Intelligent automation or recommendations

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards

Participate in agile activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, especially in AI and cloud ecosystems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development

Experience with frontend technologies:

Experience with databases:

Relational: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including:

Data preparation and basic modeling concepts

Familiarity with Git and source control workflows

Solid proficiency in C# and .NET (ASPNET Core, Web API, MVC)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

Basic knowledge of NoSQL

Demonstrates solid problem-solving and analytical skills

Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Takes ownership of deliverables and meets timelines consistently

Shows Solid learning agility and interest in AI-driven development
