Job Summary

We are looking for a CAD Lead/Support Engineer responsible for CATIA/DELMIA support, deployment, and operations within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Provide L2 support for CATIA/DELMIA including incident resolution and service requests. Perform deployment using Software Center. Monitor jobs and daily operations. Collaborate with service desk. Maintain knowledge base and reporting. Drive automation and efficiency improvements.

To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.

To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.

To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.

To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.

Skill Requirements

CATIA / DELMIA support experience, CAD workstation troubleshooting, deployment tools experience (SCCM/Software Center).

Exposure to ENOVIA integration, job monitoring tools like Control-M, Amazon Connect, CAPITAL, SABER

Strong analytical and user support skills with good documentation capability.
