Job Purpose:
To support and execute recruitment and new employee orientation, and any other supporting HR logistics and administrative tasks as required
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
General HR skills and knowledge, HR fundamentals on Recruitment with excellent communication skills, influencing skills, proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
Educational Qualification:
MBA/ PG-Diploma in HR
Experience:
Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in work experience in HR Employee Life Cycle and Operation functions
Behavioral Skills:
Tenacity, logical reasoning abilities, listening, attention to detail, ability to follow-up and follow-through of tasks to completion, analytical thinking, demonstrating empathy and connecting with employees, speed, efficiency, adaptability and flexibility, high initiative, interpersonal collaborative mindset, negotiation and persuasive skills
