Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) - MERN Stack with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB , and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with experience in leading development teams and building rich dashboard-based UI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js and state management tools such as Redux or Context API .

Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js .

Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases to ensure scalability and performance.

Build and enhance rich, data-driven dashboard interfaces with excellent user experience.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Lead and mentor development teams, driving engineering best practices and coding standards.

Implement automated testing and ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing.

Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments for streamlined deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN Stack .

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML5, and CSS3 .

Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

Expertise in building rich and highly interactive dashboard applications.

Experience with Git , version control, and collaborative development workflows.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure .

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.

Proven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to serverless architectures and cloud-native development.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
