Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter based in our Bangalore office, you will run full-cycle hiring across a mix of roles at RZR and bring senior-level judgment to every search you own. You will report to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with them on how the team hires.

You will be the go-to recruiting partner for our revenue leaders across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing. You will also take on our more complex, hard-to-fill searches, where market knowledge and creative sourcing make the difference.

We're looking for someone who operates independently, advises leaders with data, and knows how to close candidates who have options.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Hiring

Own full-cycle recruiting for revenue and revenue-adjacent roles across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, from intake through offer acceptance

Partner with revenue leaders to shape role definitions, calibrate the hiring bar, and advise on level, compensation, and market realities before a role opens

Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for recurring revenue roles so no search starts from zero

Niche and Hard-to-Fill Roles

Lead searches for specialized roles with small talent pools, using market mapping, targeted outreach, and creative channel strategy

Produce talent market insights, including compensation benchmarks, competitor org mapping, and talent availability, that shape hiring decisions

Recruiting Craft and Team

Run high-stakes closes alongside hiring managers, including counteroffers, competing offers, and complex negotiations

Raise the bar for the team by sharing your sourcing approaches, search strategies, and closing techniques with fellow recruiters

Keep ATS data clean and use it to report on pipeline health, conversion, and time-to-fill for your roles

Required Skills and Experience

4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a tech, SaaS, or growth-stage environment

A proven track record hiring for revenue roles (Sales, Business Development, Account Management), including quota-carrying positions

Experience filling niche or hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and market mapping, not just inbound applicants

Confidence advising and pushing back with senior stakeholders (Director and above) using market data

Strong closing skills, with examples of winning candidates against competing offers or counteroffers

Deep knowledge of the Bangalore and broader India talent market

Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable enterprise ATS

Nice to Have

Experience in ad tech, martech, or mobile advertising

Experience hiring for global or regional revenue teams outside India, such as APAC or the U.S.

Experience working in a globally distributed talent acquisition team

Advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar) and Boolean search expertise
