Project Management
•Lead large-scale Data Transformation programs from initiation through production deployment.
•Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
•Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
•Track progress against plan and ensure timely delivery of program outcomes.
•Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and teams.
Data Transformation Delivery
•Oversee data migration, data integration, data warehouse modernization, ETL/ELT, and analytics initiatives.
•Coordinate activities related to data profiling, data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
•Ensure successful implementation of cloud-based data platforms and data modernization solutions.
•Drive adoption of best practices for data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Management
•Partner with business leaders, product owners, data architects, engineering teams, and external vendors.
•Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
•Manage stakeholder expectations and drive decision-making.
•Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
•Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
•Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
•Manage change requests, scope variations, and impact assessments.
•Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Financial & Resource Management
•Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and delivery costs.
•Track milestone achievements and financial performance.
•Support SOW reviews, contract management, and change order processes.
•Optimize resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
Agile Delivery & Leadership
•Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
•Drive delivery excellence through Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
•Monitor KPIs, velocity, burndown, and program health metrics.
•Mentor team members and foster a collaborative delivery culture.
Quality & Release Management
•Ensure execution of comprehensive testing strategies including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
•Oversee defect management and resolution processes.
•Plan and coordinate release, cutover, and go-live activities.
•Ensure production readiness and operational transition.
Reporting & Communication
•Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, financial reports, and governance presentations.
•Provide regular updates on program status, risks, issues, and milestones.
•Present recommendations and decisions to senior leadership.
